We are pleased to announce that PECO, a leading UK model railway track manufacturer, has renewed its lease for a further three years at unit 14 and taking on unit 18. Hogsbrook zone within the Greendale Business Park. A Park tenant since October 2015, PECO has also taken on unit 18 in Hogsbrook as the business continues to grow and expand. PECO is a third-generation family-run company, now celebrating over 70 years in model railways. Always a forward-looking business, it has a long tradition of innovative thinking.

Greendale Business Park has a specialised vehicle wash, designed to clean all commercial vehicles. The facility is open 24/7 and is operated on a token system with credits available from the Estate Office.

This October, South West holiday-home specialist EBCS Leisure will be exhibiting its 2019 range at Greendale Business Park. Mike Stephen and the team at All Metal Welding have temporary taken over Unit 19 in Hogsbrook. This is in addition to their existing premises, unit 12, which they've occupied since 2015. All Metal Welding provide specialist and highly experienced welders that can fabricate and weld all metals with particular skills on stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel. In addition to these services All Metal Welding also provides metal welding teaching and training.

Congratulations to Westexe Forklifters Ltd located at Unit 52, Greendale West for reaching 10 years of trading. Founded in 2007 by Greg Vooght, Nicki Podbery and Alex Dix, Westexe was established with a sole aim to provide a highly skilled professional service, whilst still maintaining a personal, friendly approach.
