Flexible Space

Existing units at the Business Park range in size from 1,000 square feet (93m2) to 50,000 square feet (4,645m2). New bespoke units are available on a ‘turn-key’ design-and-build basis, and range from 10,000 square feet (929m2) to 100,000 square feet (9,290m2)

GREENDALE HAULAGE

Greendale Haulage specialises in carrying goods for the recycling industry, and also moves wood chip, animal feed, grain and wheat, potatoes, stone, hardcore, topsoil, rubble, building materials and sand. Its fleet comprises  of ten Walking Floor trailers, two refrigerated articulated lorries, two bulk-tippers, two curtain-siders, one eight-wheel grab lorry, an articulated cattle lorry and two 3.5-ton vans. 


White & Red Diesel Fuel Pumps

The Park’s diesel fuel pumps are open to all occupiers, and offer rebated red diesel for non-road vehicles as well as standard ‘white’ diesel and AdBlue. Accounts can be set up by occupiers on a site-by-site or vehicle basis, with usage monitored and charged via an electronic tag system on a weekly basis. From multiple suppliers, our fuel is priced competitively on a weekly basis.  


Commercial Vehicle Wash


Greendale Business Park has a specialised vehicle wash, designed to clean all commercial vehicles. The facility is open 24/7 and is operated on a token system with credits available from the Estate Office. 


On-Site Café

The Business Park is home to the Pit Stop Café, a small, friendly diner serving all-day breakfasts and a good selection of burgers, salads, sandwiches and hot meals. Open Monday to Friday from 7.30am until 4pm, the café is also open on Saturday from 8.30am to 4pm and on Sundays from 10.30am until 4pm. Click here to view the menu
